EXECUTIVE SEARCH
On all executive roles we headhunt as standard alongside the usual attraction tools. This is part of our service and we do not charge a retainer.
At Space 8 we build collaborative partnerships with our clients. We think of ourselves as an extension of your own HR Team and we hope to make the same choices they would when we decide who to put forward to your roles.
This approach is just as important with temporary staff as with permanent, because temporary staff must blend seamlessly with your existing team and get up to speed quickly with the duties of the role. It’s a skill not everyone has.
Permanent Recruitment
We utilise all the major job boards to initially attract candidates and we have tremendous reach via our social media platforms and the network of returning candidates that we have built over the last 25 years.
At short-listing stage we are robust in our selection & qualification of candidates. Every person whose CV makes it to you will have been rigorously interviewed against your brief and will be capable of carrying out the duties required
We will provide our full notes on their career to date and reasons for looking for a new role. We will advise on areas that require further probing and explore both the positives and negatives of each candidate.
Once the interviews are successfully conducted we will deliver the offer and agree a start date. We maintain contact with both client & candidate throughout the notice period and for the first few months in role.
On permanent placements we offer a 12 week rebate facility rather than the standard 8 weeks. This is how confident we are in what we do.
Executive Recruitment
Executive Recruitment is a passion of ours at Space 8. We are hugely experienced in head-hunting and revel in the challenge of identifying the right people, attracting them and getting them over the line. We do this as part of our standard permanent recruitment package, without retainers. This is how confident we are of delivering the people you need.
Temporary Staff
We know that when you need a temp you’re probably going to need them in a hurry, so we continually recruit temps in anticipation of your call.
Every potential temp is interviewed as thoroughly as a permanent candidate, with emphasis placed on why they are looking for temporary work so that we understand how long they are available for and what they will commit to. We will always have honest and frank conversations about this with you so that there are no surprises during the assignment.
Every temp is referenced for three years rather than the standard two.
We offer electronic timesheets which makes authorising hours fast and efficient and also allows us to provide up-to-the minute management information to you at any time.
We ensure that we are all abiding by the guidelines of the Agency Worker’s Regulations and will advise you when you need to take any action.
